When Dave and I were newly engaged and started registering for gifts, there is nothing I would've liked more than to register for unique items from an array of my favorite small businesses. Alas, at the time, there was not a resource that allowed me to do that. Now, with NewlyWish, the easy-to-use online registry, that wish is a reality! You can feel good about supporting independent, local NYC businesses and service providers, while registering for fun gifts and experiences!
I've known Newlywish founder Amanda Allen for a number of years and have always been very impressed with her concept and how she has grown her business. She has done such a great job curating the site and finding unique and useful items. Since our businesses and philosophies are very much aligned, I was really excited when she approached us to become a part of what she has created. ! The process of collaborating was really great and in the end, I am so proud of what we are offering Newlywish clients.

We've selected some of our favorite cookies, papers, and ribbons, for six different styles of wedding/welcome bag favors that your guests are sure to love. You can also register for a copy of our cookbook or one of our baking classes! To celebrate the launch of our partnership, NewlyWish is offering 15% off orders place before October 19th for orders of 100 or more favors. Orders can be made now and scheduled for delivery at any time over the next 12 months. Upon purchase, a sample of cookies will be sent to help couples decide which cookie flavor is their favorite.
We're looking forward to many happy years as Newlywishers!
About Dawn Casale
Barneys New York was the place I called my second home for six years. It was the classroom in which I learned the importance of aesthetic, the power of creativity and the joy of indulgence. At a point in time which I cannot specifically put my finger on, I reflected on my career choices and decided to return to that which I really knew... food and humanity's love of it. I began to think about my childhood and how much of it had been happily spent in the kitchen. The memories of the aromas and flavors that came from my grandmother's kitchen were vivid and exhilarating. That is where I learned about the ritual and significance of food, the sense of happiness and comfort it brought, and the essential elements of quality and care that went into its preparation.
